1. Acceptance
By accessing Rockethot Suite (“the Portal”) you agree to these Terms of Use. The Portal is operated by Rockethot Consulting Group Ltd. Access is granted only to invited clients, partners, freelancers, and staff.
2. Authorised use
You may use the Portal solely for the purpose of reviewing and collaborating on work carried out by Rockethot on your behalf. You must not share your login credentials, attempt to access data that belongs to other companies, or use the Portal for any unlawful purpose.
3. Intellectual property
All content, reports, and creative assets within the Portal remain the property of Rockethot Consulting Group Ltd or the respective client, as agreed in your service agreement. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to reproduce Portal content for any purpose beyond your internal use.
4. Confidentiality
Information accessed through the Portal is confidential. You agree not to disclose Portal content to third parties without prior written consent from Rockethot.
5. Availability
Rockethot will use reasonable endeavours to keep the Portal available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or security reasons.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rockethot Consulting Group Ltd accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Portal.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
